                   EDUCATION - A  MULTIPLIER OF TAKE-OFFS

                       The aim of this Paper is to consider the Multiplier
Principle effects on the realm of cultural and civilisational development in
the modernizing economies, chiefly focused on the applicability of this set
of economic analysis tools to a wider scope of societal change spearheaded
and made possible through education.
