   The first conference meeting will happen on 30.12.2015.
   at 22h in the lobby of the hotel Regent, Porto Montenegro, Tivat,
   for a Dutch treaty tea/coffee.

   On December 31, the meeting at the lobby starts at 2pm.
   If the weather is nice, the attandees will walk till Tivat
   (less than one hour, by the sea),
   and will resume in the conference hall at 6p (till 8pm).
   If the weather is rainy, the conference room meeting
   will start at 2pm, with pool activities starting at 6pm.

   The final conference meeting will happen on 1.1.2016.
   at 22h in the lobby of the hotel Regent, Porto Montenegro, Tivat,
   for another Dutch treaty tea/coffee.

   When making a reservation,
   please ask that you be seated at the VIPSI table
   for the New Year Eve dinner.

   Those who enjoy pool activities,
   please ask for a room in floor #1, near pool,
   on level 1, in the pool wing.

   Please, make your reservation and payment
   before mid November 2015,
   since the Regent, Porto Montenegro, Tivat hotel 
   is typically sold out
   before the end of November each year.

   The price for a 3-night stay plus the New Year dinner
   last year was E480 (three night with breakfast at E70/day),
   plus the New Year dinner for E100.
   
   These expenses (listed above)
   are not covered by the conference fee.

   The conference fee is E400 per person
   (the same for each accompanying person),
   and it brings a free of charge opportunity
   to publish a paper in the IPSI Transactions journal.
   This fee is paid on the top of the hotel accommodation
   and the New Year Eve celebration dinner.

   The Young Talent Fee = E200.
