From the Ljubljana Iternational Airport, take the airport bus to the city central bus station,
and then the intercity bus to Bled. In Bled, the hotel is at the 15min walking distance, 
or one can take a taxi.

The other more convenient option is to rent a car at the Ljubljana International Airport!
The driving distance to Bled is about one hour!
