The VIPSI and NERKA conferences will be held at the same time,
and will have two joint activities on 31.12.2010.:
(a) Talks from 2pm till 6pm, and
(b) The New Year celebration dinner.

The VIPSI conference will start with the welcome dinner
on Thursday December 30 at 8pm,
and will take place in Tivat in the summer house of Prof. Milutinovic.

The NERKA conference will start with a get together dinner
on Thursday December 30 at 8pm,
and will take place in the ancestorial house of Prof. Andjus.

Thursday 30.12.2010.

Participants of VIPSI are getting together from 6pm to 8pm,
in the house of Prof. Milutinovic in Tivat,(VMH)
to go together to the welcome dinner.

participants of NERKA are getting together 6pm to 8pm,
in the house of of Prof. Andjus in Sveti Stefan,
to go together to the welcome dinner in the RR restaurant in Milocer
(those who arrive late, can come directly to the RR restaurant at 8pm).

Friday 31.12.2010.

Participants of VIPSI are getting together at noon in VMH,
to go to the hotel RESIDENCE in Milocer (near SvetiStefan),
on the main Adriatic road, across the famous hotel Maestral,
where formal presentations will take place from 2pm to 6pm.

Participants of NERKA come directly to the conference hall of hotel Residence at 2pm,
to take part in the symposium till 6pm
(all together, VIPSI and NERKA).

THE 4-HOUR SLOT WILL BE DIVIDED AMONG PARTICIPANTS
(e.g., if the total number of participants is 16,
each one will talk 15 minutes).
THE DURATION OF THE TALK WILL BE ANNOUNCED AT 2PM ON DECEMBER 31.
The guaranteed minimum is 15 minutes.

NO POWER POINT presentations,
unless requested to the Chairman
and he agrees.

Free time from 6pm to 8pm
At 8pm, in the restaurant of Hotel Residence, starts the New Year Dinner.

Saturday 1.1.2011.

Participants are getting together at noon in VMH,
for a 6h walk around the peaks of Boka Kotorska.
