We Accept Rejected Papers :)

Seven different Nobel Prize winners wrote Forewards for some of my books 
in the past. Almost without exeption, all of them told me that at least 
one of their papers leading to Nobel Prize, was rejected in early stages 
of their research, because it was too much ahead of its time, and too 
different from the main-stream. VIPSI conferences do accept such papers! 
If you think that you have such a paper (vanguardial or controversial), 
please write directly to me, and your paper will be given a very special 
treatment during our reviewing process.
