The
mission of this conference is to synergize the expert
researchers from the USA and EURASIA. The arrival day is
December 30th,
2025. The formal presentation day is December 31st,
2025. In formal discussions are scheduled for January 1st,
2026. An optional departure day is January 2nd,
2026. Many participants will stay beyond this date, for more
interaction after the conference is closed, in the morning of
January 2nd,
2026.
The
main sponsor of the conference is the IPSI Transactions on
Internet Research, a journal on the eSCI list, established
exactly two decades ago, so this is also an anniversary
gathering of friends experts who contributed before to this
journal or to its related activities, led by Professor
Milutinovic, whose 75-year anniversary will be marked at the
same time.
This
conference features plenary speeches, brainstorming panels,
expert panels, and activities leading to the creation of
mission statements.

The
stress of the conference is on the brainstorming, networking,
exchange of ideas, and a good creative atmosphere.
The conference will take place in the five-star Splendid Hotel of
Budva, Montenegro. The venue is close to the Tivat Airport and
about 50km away from the Podgorica airport. Interested
participants are asked to book their rooms directly with the
hotel, with the reference to VIPSI 2025.

conference fee is $300, and it covers only the organizational
expenses. Coffee breaks and lunch breaks are not included (a
