This is a very small conference, 
mostly (but not necessarily) for people who attended VIPSI conferences in the past, 
and for their graduate students. 
It will be held in the summer house of Professor Milutinovic 
(the atmosphere is very homy but also very very modest), 
which is located on the coast (only 30 meters away from the sea,
with a small isolated beach, 
in a peaceful setting - ideal for scientific interaction). 
All presentation will be held in the living room, upstairs.

It will include only a few Keynote speeches, and three tutorials by professor Milutinovic 
and his associates (see the general program for details).

Participants are welcome to enjoy 6 academic hours of tutorials
on Knowledge Engineering by prof. V. Milutinovic on the first day (Tutorials Day),
and are also welcome to present their own work on the second day (Brainstormings Day).

All participants are expected to stay in a nearby 4 star hotel 
(only 100 meters away from the Milutinovic house; the price is about E40 per night, per person). 

On the arrival day in the evening, there is a welcome dinner included into the conference fee.

On the two working days, sightseeing tours (by car or boat) and ethnic seafood dinners 
(in fantastic locations) will be organized, which are not included into the conference fee.
Additional sightseeing of remote treasures can be organized on request, 
on the days after the conference (Montenegro is an extremely 
beautiful country - see the James Bond 007 movie: Casino Royal).
