IPSI CONFERENCE FEE

The conference fee is paid per person attending,
and per paper scheduled for presentation.
In other words, if one author is presenting two papers,
he/she has to pay two conference fees.
If two authors of one paper come to the conference,
both of them have to pay the conference fee!

No credit cards or cheques of any kind allowed.

Please read carefully all details: Each letter and number are important,
especially how to label the SWIFT, and what to include into your e-mail
to be sent after the payment instructions are given to your bank. Thank you!

1. For the IPSI conference fee (e500 per person presenting a paper;
e400 for those who participated in IPSI-organized conferences in
the past - Hawaii, Purdue, Mexico, L'Aquila, Amalfi, Venice, Belgrade,
Kopaonik, Studenica, Germany, England, The Netherlands, Czech Republic,
France, Spain, and Sveti Stefan; also e400 for graduate students),
please pay the exact amount needed, as follows (it is important not that
you send e500/e400, but that we receive e500/e400; bank transfer fees are
to be paid by participants, and are not included into the conference fee).
Graduate students from countries other than USA, EU, and Japan pay e300
(this fee, like all other fees, excludes the welcome dinner).
Participation only, without presenting a paper, e1000.

   LATE FEES:

Extra 10% after the official fee payment deadline on the web
Extra 20% on the spot, at registration time, before the opening talk
Extra 30% on the spot, after the conference starts
Extra 40% on the spot, after the conference ends
   Extra 50% for payments not settled at the IPSI account at the moment of the conference end;
             in this last case,
if it can not be demonstrated that the payment was initiated before the conference,
in addition to the fee, a penalty will be charged, too.

   d. What are their names?

PLEASE, MAKE SURE THAT YOUR EMAIL CONTAINS ALL THESE ITEMS!

4. No money back after the conference fee deadline listed on the web,
which is 40 days before the conference starting date.
Substitution with another co-author of the same paper is possible.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If an IPSI conference is cancelled after the payment was received,
all money (except bank charges) will be returned immediately! So far it
never happened that an IPSI conference was cancelled!

RULE FOR TWO PAPERS

If an author decides to submit two papers, that submission must be
accompanying with a statement that, if both papers are accepted, the
author agrees to pay two conference fees.

If both papers are accepted, and the conference fee is not paid for both
by the time the conference materials go to print, only one paper (the
one with better reviews) will be entered into the conference schedule.

If the author comes to the conference, and pays the conference fee for
both papers on the spot, the second papers will be presented during one
of the non-show-up slots.

FINANCIAL HELP

If someone is not able to pay the E500 conference fee, and wants to
apply for reduction, one has to submit the CV and a letter which
explains why the reduction is needed. The application will be
considdered only is the reviews are good and the paper is accepted for
presentation. Reduction from E500 to E400 can be easily obtained for
participants younget that 30. Higher reductions are more difficult to
obtain.

Conference lunches and dinners are not covered by the the conference fee,
unless otherwise noticed on the spot.
