IPSI CONFERENCE FEE

Please read carefully all details: Each letter and number are important, 
especially how to label the subject of the receipt, and what to include into your e-mail
to be sent after the payment instructions are given to your bank. Thank you!

No credit cards or cheques of any kind allowed.

1. For the IPSI conference fee 
   (e50 for IPSI researchers; up to e30 back if 100% presence on sessions).
   For other students of Serbian universities
   e100 per undergraduate student presenting a paper;
   e200 per graduate student presenting a paper;
   payment has to be in dinars.
   Please pay the exact amount needed, as follows:

   Important - indicate (in the subject of the receipt) that the end user is:

   IPSI CONFERENCE FEE + YOUR NAME(S)


2. After you give your bank the instructions for the payment, please 
   send the receipt ,that you made a payment to the IPSI Belgrade d.o.o.,
   at the following fax number:


   +381.11.316.7171 (+381 is the country code for Serbia).


3. The proof of payment can also be scanned and sent as an attachment to 
   your conference manager.


4. Also, WHICH IS THE MOST IMPORTANT, send email to
   your conference manager and indicate the following:

   a. How much was paid?
   b. On what date?
   c. For how many persons?
   d. What are their names?

   PLEASE, MAKE SURE THAT YOUR EMAIL CONTAINS ALL THESE ITEMS!


5. For payments initiated on or after the fee deadline listed on the web, add 10% late service charge.


6. For payments on the spot (cash only), add 20% cash service charge.


CANCELLATION POLICY

If an IPSI conference is cancelled after the payment was received,
all money (except bank charges) will be returned immediately! So far it 
never happened that an IPSI conference was cancelled!
